Be sure you are entering all the correct information. For a lease/loan contract, enter a 13-digit contract number with the dashes (ex. 001-0123456-000), enter the serial number exactly as it reads on your invoice and the zip code of your billing or accounts receivable address. Avoid any extra spaces before, after, or in-between the information you are entering.
You can reset your username or password by clicking "Forgot Password". You will then be prompted to enter your CWS user ID and complete the security questions. After all information has been entered, you will receive an e-mail with a temporary password. Enter the temporary information and then update your password.

After logging in, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page and click "Add Accounts". Fill out the requested information. Your lease/loan accounts and commercial accounts will now be visible together.
After logging into your first lease/loan account, click "Add Accounts" on the left side of the page. Follow the directions to adding a lease/loan account and enter a contract number associated with the other customer number. Check the box if you are authorized to view the account information and click "Add Lease/Loan Contract". Your lease/loan accounts from both customer numbers will now be visible together. If you have more than 2 customer numbers, repeat the above step until all contracts have been added.
There is no fee to make a payment online.
The overnight mailing address varies based on your location. To find the correct address click on your Lease Loan contract number, click on "Invoice Details" on the right side of the page. Select one of your invoices and the address will be listed at the bottom of the invoice.

We can only accept electronic payments once the item is invoiced, which is typically 25 days prior to the due date.

The interest paid and prior year-end figures have been consolidated into the tax letter in order to provide you with only one document for all your tax needs. Refer to the “Tax Information” tab instead to obtain a tax letter.
Confirm you have selected both a month and year from the two drop down boxes. If error remains, follow the prompts to contact Customer Relations.
Select only one contract per customer number and generate a tax letter. This will provide tax information on all active and disposed contracts within the last three years. Once you click on a contract that is written in blue text, you can then access the Tax Information under the Contract Menu. *If you have more than one customer number, you will navigate through the steps to generate one tax letter per customer number.
All information within the tax letter is based on a calendar (January through December 31) year.
The tax letter will provide all tax information needed for all active and disposed contracts within the last three years. Once you click on a contract that is written in blue text, you can then access the Tax Information under the Contract Menu. Click Generate letter to view or print document.
In addition to the month and year you select, the prior year-end interest paid and balance figures have been added as a courtesy. For example: if you select December 2016, you will also receive December 31, 2015 information.
Go to the MyCatFinancial home page and select the image of your card – Cat Commercial (revolving), Cat Commercial (invoice), Cat Card (consumer). You’ll be taken to the Citibank portal where you can register and manage your account. If you have more than one card, you’ll need to register them each separately.
